“南亚东南亚农业人才管理与技术转业平台”由中国—东盟教育培训中心（云南农业大学）组织的构建，目的在于实现对东南亚农业人才与中方欲开展南亚东南亚科教育合作的学者的电子信息化管理，实现面对南亚东南亚农业科技培训招生工作、培养工作、学生工作和成绩、课表、评价的课程管理的一站式、信息化、系统化管理。搭建面对南亚东南亚农业科技技术转移平台，促进中国与南亚东南亚农业科技合作，人才对接。
东南亚农业科技人才管理系统项目包含如下功能系统模块：
l 学生（学员）招生与学籍管理系统；
l 课程管理系统；
l 国际农业专家（教师与学员）人才管理系统；
农业科技技术转移管理与信息发布系统（包含国际培训教学资源信息系统、中国、东南亚与南亚农业科技合作信息发布平台）。
目前中国-东盟教育培训中心（国际学院）的农业人才类型包括：
l 东南与亚南亚国家的学历学生(本科、硕土和博士)；
l 非学历短期进修生（农业国际培训学员、短期进修生、高级进修生）；
l 中国具有走进东南亚背景的专家（中国专家）与东南亚培训后或者学历生、语言生归国学员。
About us:
"South and Southeast Asia Agricultural Talent Management and Technology Transfer Platform" is organized and constructed by China ASEAN Education and Training Center (Yunnan Agricultural University). Its purpose is to realize the electronic information management of Southeast Asian agricultural talents and Chinese scientists and scholars who want to carry out south and Southeast Asia science and education cooperation, and realize the enrollment, training and student or participate workers of agricultural science and technology training in South and Southeast Asia The one-stop, information-based and systematic management of the course management of work and achievement, curriculum schedule and evaluation. Build a platform for agricultural science and technology transfer in the face of South and Southeast Asia, and promote agricultural science and technology cooperation and talent docking between China and South and Southeast Asia.
This system includes the following functional system modules:
l Student (student) enrollment and student status management system;
l Curriculum management system;
l International agricultural experts (teachers and students) talent management system;
l Agricultural science and technology transfer management and information release system (including international training and teaching resources information system, agricultural science and technology cooperation information release platform of China, Southeast Asia and South Asia).
At present, the types of agricultural talents in China ASEAN education and Training Center (International College) include:
l Educational background of southeast and South Asian countries (Bachelor degree, master's degree and doctor's degree);
l Non academic short-term refresher students (agricultural international training trainees, short-term advanced students and senior advanced students);
l China has experts with Southeast Asian background (Chinese experts) and returned students after Southeast Asian training or education or language students.
